INCLUDES:
- Managed hosting of the active virtual tour
- Virtual tour database hosting
- Source file backup while the Hosting & Maintenance service remains active
- Routine technical maintenance of the hosted virtual tour
- Website embed and virtual tour link maintenance
- Maintenance of existing hotspots and interactive components
- Up to one (1) minor virtual tour update request per month
- Priority virtual tour technical support
EXCLUDES:
- New photography or videography
- New 360 photography or 360 video capture
- New or additional filmed scenes
- Additional filming locations
- Major virtual tour redesigns or structural changes
- Creation of new interactive experiences requiring additional development
- Creation, recreation, or editing of photography, video, graphics, animation, or other creative assets
- Advanced development, custom programming, or third-party integrations
- Third-party software, licensing, platform, or technology costs unless expressly included
NOTE: A minor virtual tour update may include changes to existing text, website links, messages, hotspots, navigation elements, or replacement of existing embedded media using final client-provided assets. Minor updates do not include new photography, videography, 360 capture, new scenes, creative production, major redesigns, or structural redevelopment of the virtual tour.
NOTE: Up to one (1) minor update request is included per month. Unused update requests do not roll over or accumulate into future months.
NOTE: New photography, videography, 360 capture, newly renovated areas, new video scenes, additional locations, or substantial changes to the physical environment are considered new production scope and will be quoted separately.
NOTE: Virtual Tour Hosting & Maintenance is required for clients receiving reduced Managed Virtual Tour setup pricing. The service requires a minimum twelve (12) month commitment beginning upon activation of the hosted virtual tour.
NOTE: Following completion of the initial twelve (12) month commitment, Virtual Tour Hosting & Maintenance will continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in the controlling client agreement.
NOTE: Hosting, maintenance, technical support, and included minor updates are provided only while the Virtual Tour Hosting & Maintenance service remains active. Cancellation or expiration of the service may result in termination of agency-managed hosting and related maintenance services according to the controlling agreement.
Fee is on a per month basis. Minimum Term: 12 Months.
