INCLUDES:

• Ongoing maintenance of an existing 123 Publish Inc. interactive game, competition, or arcade
• Routine game functionality monitoring
• Routine desktop, tablet, and mobile compatibility maintenance
• Minor game content and copy updates
• Minor game rule and instruction updates
• Minor scoring, difficulty, timing, and gameplay adjustments
• Minor question and challenge updates where applicable
• Minor music and sound effect adjustments where applicable
• Campaign start and end date updates
• Prize, discount, achievement, and promotional reward text updates
• Routine leaderboard maintenance where applicable
• Minor competition configuration updates where applicable
• Routine email marketing integration monitoring where included with the client’s game package
• Minor automated promotional email workflow adjustments where applicable
• Routine campaign and game optimization
• Monthly technical review
• Basic monthly game and competition performance review where analytics are available
• Up to two reasonable content, promotional, or configuration update requests per month

EXCLUDES:

• Initial game development or configuration
• Development of additional games
• Completely new gameplay mechanics
• Major game redesigns or rebranding
• Major seasonal game transformations or entirely new campaigns
• New email marketing platform integrations
• Full CRM integration
• SMS marketing integration
• New POS, ecommerce, loyalty, membership, or enterprise API integrations
• Major leaderboard or database redevelopment
• Manual competition administration
• Manual email campaign management
• Manual sales or customer service activity
• Prize purchasing, fulfillment, shipping, or redemption administration
• Advertising campaign management or advertising spend
• Custom photography, video production, illustration, 3D modeling, or advanced animation
• Hosting, database, email marketing, software, licensing, or third-party usage fees unless expressly included

NOTES:

• Interactive Game Maintenance & Management may be added to any eligible 123 Publish Inc. interactive game package.
• Maintenance applies to the existing approved game, competition, arcade, integrations, and campaign structure.
• Monthly management includes reasonable maintenance and optimization of the existing experience. Major redevelopment, additional games, new integrations, or substantially different campaigns may require additional fees.
• Unused monthly update requests do not accumulate unless otherwise approved in writing.
• Client must notify 123 Publish Inc. of changes to promotions, prizes, dates, business information, eligibility requirements, email marketing information, or other content used by the interactive experience.
• Third-party software, hosting, database, email marketing, and usage fees are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
• Maintenance does not guarantee participation, website traffic, subscriber growth, rankings, sales, revenue, conversions, or promotional redemptions.
• Projects requiring substantially greater maintenance because of multiple games, business locations, campaigns, traffic levels, or technical complexity may require a higher monthly fee.

Fee starts at $199 per month. Initial game development, hosting, platform infrastructure, third-party software or usage fees, major redevelopment, additional games, and new integrations are billed separately.

• Any external costs incurred by 123 Publish Inc. on behalf of the client for services provided by third-party vendors or platforms.
