EXCLUDES:

• Guaranteed Partnership Placement or Closed Deal
• Direct Sales, Negotiations, or Legal Representation
• Contract Drafting or Legal Review
• Ongoing Partnership Management
• Revenue-Sharing Strategy or Financial Forecasting
• Full Campaign Execution or Deliverable Fulfillment
• Travel, In-Person Meetings, or Event Attendance

NOTES:

• Fee is per partnership facilitation engagement.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin; remaining balance is due upon completion.
• Includes guidance and facilitation for one (1) partnership opportunity; additional opportunities may be billed separately.
• Client is responsible for final approval, communication, and execution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
