  • Advanced marketing strategy, consulting, research, or campaign development beyond the included monthly planning

Social Media Content Distribution: $750 Per Month

INCLUDES:

  • Scheduling and publishing of up to thirty (30) social media posts per month
  • Distribution across up to three (3) social media platforms
  • Distribution to up to ten (10) relevant social media groups three times per week on one (1) platform
  • Monthly social media performance report with high-level recommendations

EXCLUDES:

  • Content creation, photography, videography, or on-site production
  • Video editing, photo editing, graphic design, animation, motion graphics, or visual effects
  • Influencer marketing or influencer partnerships
  • Third-party licensing, stock media, music licensing, or other outside creative costs

Social Media Advertising Management: $500 Per Month

INCLUDES:

  • Setup, launch, and management of up to two (2) paid social media advertising campaigns per month
  • Advertising management across up to two (2) social media platforms
  • Standard audience targeting and campaign configuration
  • Standard ad placement strategy
  • Standard campaign monitoring and optimization
  • Monthly advertisement performance reporting

EXCLUDES:

  • Third-party advertising platform fees
  • Development of ad creative or content assets
  • Photography, videography, editing, graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or visual effects
  • Landing page design or development
  • Advanced marketing automation, custom tracking integrations, or advanced conversion infrastructure
  • Influencer fees, sponsorship fees, premium software, or other third-party expenses

NOTE: Content creation is not included. Client is responsible for providing final, approved content assets in the required formats and according to the agreed monthly publishing schedule. Photography, videography, video editing, photo editing, graphic design, advertising creative, motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), animation, and other creative production services are available separately through 123 Publish Inc.’s à-la-carte Content & Media services.

NOTE: A minimum paid advertising spend of $3,000 per month is required. The required advertising spend is separate from the $1,750 monthly Social Media Grand Package service fee and is paid directly to the applicable advertising platforms whenever possible. If 123 Publish Inc. incurs approved advertising expenses on behalf of the client, those expenses will be billed separately.

    NOTE: Add-on production time must be scheduled in advance and is subject to availability. Additional deliverables are subject to content viability within the added production time.

    • Facilitation of one (1) additional brand collaboration with a non-influencer partner beyond the collaborations included in the client’s existing service tier
    • Identification and outreach to potential partner brands aligned with the client’s audience and brand positioning
    • Coordination and communication between participating brands to structure the collaboration
    • One (1) ten (10) minute remote collaboration strategy call related to the additional collaboration
    • Basic collaboration concept planning and coordination support

    EXCLUDES:

    • Influencer marketing or influencer partnerships
    • Filming, production, editing, or creation of promotional or marketing content associated with the collaboration unless performed during the scheduled time window of the client’s primary content shoot
    • Product costs, giveaways, travel costs, venue fees, shipping, or other third-party expenses associated with the collaboration
    • Negotiation or management of legal agreements between collaborating brands
    • Paid media, advertising spend, or sponsored partnership management

    NOTES:

    • Each purchase applies to one (1) additional collaboration beyond the collaborations included in the client’s service tier.
    • Collaboration opportunities are subject to availability and mutual agreement between participating brands.
    • 123 Publish Inc. facilitates coordination only and does not guarantee participation or outcomes from third-party brands.
    • If additional filming or production is requested specifically for the collaboration, additional production fees may apply.
    • Third-party expenses required to execute the collaboration are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    This service provides collaboration facilitation only. Content production or filming related to the collaboration is not included unless conducted during the scheduled primary content shoot window.

    • Editing using footage captured during the originally scheduled production session
    • Professional editing including cuts, pacing, transitions, and standard effects at the editor’s discretion
    • Color correction and audio balancing consistent with the parent product

    EXCLUDES:

    • Additional filming time or production sessions
    • Additional locations
    • Actors, studio rentals, or location permits
    • Motion graphics, 3D animation, compositing, VFX, or advanced visual effects (Add-On)
    • Drone content creation (Add-On)
