EXCLUDES:

• Full Execution or Hands-On Task Completion
• Vendor Hiring, Contract Negotiation, or Direct Management
• Daily Project Oversight or On-Site Management
• Specialized Technical Work (design, development, etc.)
• Long-Term Retainer-Based Management

NOTES:

• Fee is on a per hour basis.
• One (1) hour minimum per session.
• Time is tracked and billed in hourly increments.
• A retainer or upfront deposit may be required for ongoing work.
• Client is responsible for execution, approvals, and communication unless otherwise agreed.
• Scope changes or additional requests may result in added billable hours.
• This service is advisory and strategic in nature, not full-service project execution.
