NOTES:

• This add-on applies to a maximum of four (4) seconds per selected video segment.
• Client must provide the original video clip prior to production, or allow the agency to derive the initial frame.
• Client must provide clear instructions and creative direction for the AI effect.
• Final visual style and effect interpretation are determined by 123 Publish Inc. based on AI rendering capabilities.
• AI-generated outputs may vary slightly in appearance, motion, or stylistic detail.
• Additional revisions or extended effects may incur additional fees.

• Class Definition: Standard VFX Elements involve active interaction between the subject and the effect, requiring rotoscoping, tracking, and compositing.
• Examples include: subject appearing or disappearing, subject falling from the sky, cloning effects, text or graphics behind subject, screen replacement, object tracking effects, environmental overlays (rain, fog, snow), glow/outline effects, and seamless mask-based transitions.
• These effects go beyond simple overlays but follow structured, repeatable workflows.
• Fee is on a per-element basis.

DESCRIPTION:
Custom VFX Elements are fully bespoke visual effects built from scratch to match the creative vision of the project. These elements involve original asset creation, advanced compositing, detailed simulations, or 3D-generated components designed to blend seamlessly into the footage. This tier is ideal for highly specific effects that cannot be achieved using pre-existing VFX assets.

• High-level compositing tailored to the scene
• Advanced tracking, lighting, and environmental matching
• One revision round for refinement
• Custom rendering optimized for project needs

EXCLUDES:

• Video Production
• Video Editing
• Full-scene 3D modeling or full environment builds
• Extensive rotoscoping beyond what is required for the effect
• Multiple concept iterations or full creative development (available as an add-on)
• Multiple revision rounds (charged separately)

NOTES:

• Class Definition: Custom VFX Elements include original asset creation and advanced simulation designed specifically for the project.
• Custom transitions include only 3D camera transitions, portal effects, destruction transitions, and bespoke animated sequences.
• Budget varies based on complexity and render requirements.
• Fee is on a per-element basis.

Minimum Budget $375

INCLUDES:

• Up to 1-Second of Additional Finished Edited Video Content per unit purchased
• Editing using footage captured during the originally scheduled production session
• Professional editing including cuts, pacing, transitions, and standard effects at the editor’s discretion
• Color correction and audio balancing consistent with the parent product

EXCLUDES:

• Additional filming time or production sessions
• Additional locations
• Actors, studio rentals, or location permits
• Motion graphics, 3D animation, compositing, VFX, or advanced visual effects (Add-On)
• Drone content creation (Add-On)
• Custom sound design or advanced audio mixing beyond standard balancing (Add-On)
• Major storyline restructuring or new creative concept development outside original scope

NOTE:
Additional seconds apply only to footage captured during the originally scheduled production session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quantity is billed on a per-second basis of final delivered content.

• Formatting of one (1) additional aspect ratio for up to one (1) video created or edited by 123 Publish Inc.
• Reframing and repositioning content for platform-safe zones

EXCLUDES:

• Creative re-editing or restructuring of video content
• Motion graphics, VFX, or additional animation adjustments

• Client must provide the specific aspect ratio format via. email

• One additional production crew member
• Up to one (1) hour of on-site production time
• Standard production responsibilities based on the approved project scope

• Specialty technicians
• Specialty equipment
• Overtime beyond the selected production duration
• Travel or approved third-party expenses
