    • Additional Filming beyond the tiered scope of work

    Fee is on a per clip basis.

    INCLUDES:

  • Up to One Hour of Recorded Podcast Content from the Respective Episode
  • Up to One Hour of Filming for the Podcast

    • EXCLUDES:

  • Deliverable of 9:16, 16:9 and Even Clip
  • Editing

    • Fee is on a per hour basis.

    INCLUDES:

    • Coordination and setup of remote recording session for one guest
    • Technical check of guest’s audio, video, and internet connection before recording
    • Live engineering during the session to ensure quality and troubleshoot issues
    • Delivery of raw audio/video files for the guest’s segment

    EXCLUDES:

    • Editing or post-production of guest’s audio or video
    • Providing guest equipment (microphones, cameras, lighting, etc.)
    • Internet or software subscription costs for the guest
    • Scheduling or booking the guest (handled by client)

    Fee is on a per guest basis.

    INCLUDES:

    • Writing of SEO-optimized show notes based on the episode content
    • Keyword research and integration for improved search visibility
    • Repurposing episode content into a blog-style article
    • Delivery in a ready-to-publish format

    EXCLUDES:

    • Uploading or formatting within the client’s website or podcast platform
    • Stock images or custom graphics for the blog post
    • Additional rounds of revisions beyond the initial draft

    Fee is on a per article basis.

    INCLUDES:

    • Any external costs incurred by 123 Publish Inc. on behalf of the client for services provided by third-party vendors or platforms.
